“…I come from Southern California; you may not know that my area of Orange County has the largest set of sub-contractors to the defense industry, Homeland and to NASA, etc.  They’re all frustrated.  They’re small and medium sized companies.  They’re not getting the contracts.  Many times when a large contractor is getting the contract they’re not using the innovative, faster paced moving companies, so that’s a frustration across the federal government; something that Nydia Velázquez, the Chairwoman of the Small Business Committee is trying to change and trying to move, and many of us are trying to help her. I don’t know whether Boeing should be, or should have been selected or what have you.  They put forward in the RFP process a plan to use off the shelf technology and to integrate it all.  It is somewhat apparent now, and it has cost us money and time, and it’s probably largely ineffective and it’s a problem for us.  We need to get back on track, whether that’s using Boeing and its sub-contractors or other companies I don’t know, but we’re trying to get to the bottom of it.”

BidTeams Focuses Efforts on Military Bases -

BidTeams Joins Philanthropic Cause-
The group, "Paralyzed Veterans of America" is working with some 11,000 injured veterans on a daily basis.  One their goals this year is to provide a cell phone and one year of cell service to as many injured veterans as they can.  BidTeams has been enlisted to help since our database covers nearly 695,000 companies in all 50 states and US territories.  We will be working with PVA to offer you a cell phone package that should both cut your rates in half, and provide the revenue to PVA to achieve their mission.  See more on this in early February.
